Lucknow, India – February 09, 2016 — HCL, a leading global IT services company, last week announced its talent sourcing, training and hiring program in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Through this program, HCL has announced that it will create 1000 local jobs for freshers. Candidates who get selected for this training program will be trained & skilled by HCL and post successful completion of the training will be deployed at the HCL IT City in Lucknow.
HCL is conducting walk-in drives at Eiffel Club, Eldeco Greens at Gomti Nagar and at School of Management Sciences on Sultanpur RoadLucknow to select candidates for its training & hiring program. Considering the overwhelming response of candidates HCL has decided to extend its last date of registration of candidates for this program to February 29, 2016. Candidates who have already applied and meet the eligibility criteria have been called for an online test scheduled on February 10, 2016.

Recruitment Criterion
HCL Lucknow will emphasise on hiring fresh engineering graduates who will undergo training in Lucknow to become job ready. Applications for the training program will be invited via a mass media campaign and candidates’ selection will be subject to their profiles meeting specific eligibility and clearing assessments.
In the first year, HCL shall hire freshers for training program as per the following eligibility criteria:
(i) Has to be a local resident of Lucknow
(ii) Age and Gender – No bar
(iii) Qualification – B.E and B.Tech ( both IT and non-IT background) and MCA
(iv) Freshers as well as candidates with 1-2 years of relevant IT or non-IT experience
(v) Women / Housewives are encouraged to apply
